
Sweet Vegan Balls. Perfection.
They’re sweet but not sickly and have a lovely, ever so slightly chewy texture. I make these a lot and keep a variety of them in my fridge/freezer all the time so that I always have some good snacks on hand. Ingredients: 400g medjool dates 50g pumpkin seeds 50g sunflower seeds 100g oats 4 teaspoons vanilla powder 4 teaspoons tahini Pinch of salt 60g sesame seeds Place all ingredients into a food processor and whizz until a sticky mix form.
