Great energy snack! First time I made it and it actually so quick and easy.
1 cup dates pitted and quartered 1/2 cup almonds 1/2 cup cashews 1/4 cup hemp seeds 2 tsp vanilla extract pure 1 tbsp matcha powder + additional for sprinkling 2 tbsp cacao nibs unsweetene 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Mix all together in food processor and pulse until well-combined. Roll into balls. Place than in freezer for 1 hour.
