Amaranth porridge.


Amaranth porridge packed with vegan protein fiber and vitamins. Cook 1 cup of amaranth in 3 caps of almond milk + water. Simmer for about 20 min. Top with banana, seeds, cinnamon. With my fav Matcha almond milk tea.
