Intermittent Fasting.

I've been studying and researching many different types of the latest fad diets: low fat, high fat, gluten free, paleo.. But again every one is different and someone's food can be another one's poison.. My only conclusion is that in oder to loose weight, improve body composition, and feel better overall might not even really be about dieting, but instead just skipping meals every once in a while, Intermittent fasting or going a longer period of time — usually between 14 hours (every day) and 36 hours (ones a week) — with very few to no calories. I find it easiest to fast through the night and into the morning, plus adding six hours after waking up. In total 16 hours everyday of fasting. Than you can really eat whenever you want not whatever you want wink emoticon to within the eight-hour window. I'll continue to share with you information about intermittent fasting! Stay tuned!
