Yoga & Zucchini pasta.

My yoga mat, me and my dog & Post-workout Zucchini Pasta with fish-ball. When I plan out a meal, palm-sized portions of proteins are the foundation. The rest of the plate should have vegetables on it, and fruit is fine after meal. Two good fat sourses are also allowed. It can be avocado or olive oil.

Always remember - Health begins in the gut.
