Citrus season.


As someone who tries to eat according to the seasons, I was thinking, while living in Russia, of winter as my "limited fruit" period.. But not now.. Israel as always so rich in fruits!

I find that when I’m eating sugar regularly, I’m feeling tired, lazy and I immediately become addicted to it. I don't want to say that you need to go deprivation-style (except with the artificial stuff) but limiting sugar, using natural sweeteners and snacking on fresh fruit (few pieces a day) are all better options.
