Shaksuka.

My very first experience on making Shakshuka. It’s a vegetarian middle eastern meal that is easy to make, very healthy, and totally addicting.. The best chef ever Sani gave me a master class today.

So, * Olive oil * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 1 onion, cut into 2 inch pieces * 1 fresh tomato, * 1 can of whole peeled plum tomatoes with juice, * 2 slices pickled lemon, * jalapeno pepper 1 smtr, * Coriander, basil, parsley, * 4 eggs. First you make sauce, which comes together fairly quickly on top of the stove, just fride all ingredients and then you gently crack each of the eggs into the pan.

Serve with a pile of slightly grilled pita with olive oil and garlic on top. Shabbat Shalom!
