Sweet Vegan Balls. Perfection.
They’re sweet but not sickly and have a lovely, ever so slightly chewy texture. I make these a lot and keep a variety of them in my fridge/freezer all the time so that I always have some good snacks on hand.
Ingredients:
400g medjool dates
50g pumpkin seeds
50g sunflower seeds
100g oats
4 teaspoons vanilla powder
4 teaspoons tahini
Pinch of salt
60g sesame seeds
Place all ingredients into a food processor and whizz until a sticky mix form. Roll the mixture into balls. I love them when they’ve set a little in the fridge. For 20 min or in the freezer for 10 min. Then store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
I loooooove them with matcha tea!
